I was a little skeptical when I found out that Ian C. Esslemont was going to be writing books in the malazan series. I’ve really enjoyed Steven Erikson’s books and didn’t want someone to ruin the series. But his books are just as good as Erikson’s.
This is the third book he has written in the series, and it was a page turner all the way through. I read it in one night.
